Social Media Contest period:
28th – 29th February 2020
Contest is organised by Access Motors (PVT) Ltd.
Contest is open only to legal residents of Sri Lanka. Void where prohibited by law.
Participants should be 18 years old and above, and living in Sri Lanka.
To qualify for this contest, participant must:
• Follow the jaguar.lk - verified Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/jaguar.lk/?hl=en
• Tag a friend that you would like to share this prize with.
One [1] eligible participant will be selected from this contest as the winner and be awarded with a pair of tickets to attend the British Car Day 2020 on the 1st March 2020. Tickets are non-transferrable.
One [1] winner will be picked by Access Motors (PVT) Ltd at its absolute discretion. Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message on 29th February 2020. If the first winner is not available or reject the prize, Access Motors (PVT) Ltd will pick another winner to replace the first one and so forth.
All entries are subject to review and approval by Land Rover Sri Lanka at its absolute discretion. Access Motors (PVT) Ltd decision on and method of selecting the Winners shall be at its absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive and Access Motors (PVT) Ltd shall not be liable for payment or compensation to any party resulting from Access Motors (PVT) Ltd choice of the Winners or for any Participant not being eligible to receive the Prize offered under the Contest. No appeal, correspondence or claims or payment of compensation will be entertained.
Employees, officers, directors of Jaguar Land Rover, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, promotion/marketing agencies, as well as their immediate families (parent, child, siblings, spouse) are not eligible to enter the Contest.
All decisions of Access Motors (PVT) Ltd are final and binding in all respects, and not subject to appeal.
Winners will be notified by direct messages via Instagram.
Limitations of Liability.
No responsibility is assumed by Jaguar Land Rover for lost, late, incomplete, irregular, damaged, corrupted, misdirected or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Jaguar Land Rover is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any website. (The preceding expressly includes filtering or blocking/restricting access to content by any website.) Jaguar Land Rover is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device (or the information stored thereon) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading/uploading materials from/to any website.
Force Majeure. If, for any reason, the Contest (or any part thereof, including but not limited to the public voting phase of the Contest) is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Jaguar Land Rover which, in its sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or any part thereof), Jaguar Land Rover reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and conduct the judging and select the winners in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Jaguar Land Rover in its sole discretion.
